Dear Members,
The Board of Directors of the MRC Sportsman’s Club is in the process of updating the club’s bylaws. The updated draft of the bylaws has been voted on and accepted by the Board of Directors. Per the bylaw amendment procedure two special membership meetings need to be held for the review and approval of the updated bylaws.
The first special membership meeting will be held at the club house on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 6:00 PM.
To be eligible to vote at the special membership meeting you need to be a paid member for the 2012 calendar year. Memberships are for only one calendar year. Membership dues for 2012 are $50.00.
Checks for membership dues should be made out to MRC Sportsman’s Club and sent to:
